TAGSYS's role in the project is the integration of XRay sensor in an RFID full passive
tag
- Creation of an non-existing technology brick : RF energy harvesting
- Integration of all bricks, existing and non-existing, into a single tag platform
- System level testing in a luggage environment.
TAGSYS is the worldwide leader in RFID, specialized in item level RFID. TAGSYS has 80
employees together and 20 engineers: Main markets are Textile Services, Fashion and
Apparel and also a number of specific RFID applications like luggage tracking.
CHRISTOPHE LOUSSERT is co-founder of TAGSYS and in charge of technology. He
obtained a PhD in Hydrodynamics at Imperial College of Science and Technology
(London) in 1988.
